HOW I HELP
Currently I primarily work with adults, though I have worked extensively with children in the past. I utilize a variety of approaches to help people achieve their goals. My approach is relational and heavily informed by attachment theory. From a base of relational psychotherapy, I also utilize the following modalities to optimize healing:
- Eye Movement Desensitization & Reprocessing (EMDR) Therapy
- Parts Work: Internal Family Systems (IFS) & Ego State Therapy
- Clinical Hypnosis
- Deep Brain Reorienting (DBR)
- Somatic (Body Based) & Sensory Approaches
- Family Systems and Systemic Therapy
- Psychodynamic approaches
- Child Parent Psychotherapy (CPP) & Play Therapy with Children

I'm a certified EMDR Therapist and EMDRIA Approved Consultant, trained in level 1 of IFS and ego state therapy, and a CPP Therapist. I'm also trained in clinical hypnosis and Deep Brain Reorienting.
FEE

The fee for a 60-minute therapy session (in-office or telehealth) is $250. Accepted forms of payment are cash, check, and credit card. I do not accept insurance at this time, but can provide a superbill if your insurance accepts out-of-network providers.

You have the right to receive a “Good Faith Estimate” explaining how much your medical and mental health care will cost. Under the law, health care providers need to give patients who don’t have insurance or who are not using insurance an estimate of the expected charges for medical services, including psychotherapy services. You have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate for the total expected cost of any non-emergency healthcare services, including psychotherapy services. You can ask your health care provider, and any other provider you choose, for a Good Faith Estimate before you schedule a service. If you receive a bill that is at least $400 more than your Good Faith Estimate, you can dispute the bill. Make sure to save a copy or picture of your Good Faith Estimate.
